The omega-3 fatty acids are a group of unsaturated compounds, formerly known as vitamin F. Omega-3 fatty acids are produced by certain microalgae and by some species of fish. Algae oil can be produced in bioreactors, which can reduce overfishing.

In TINY Omega 3, the nutrient is enhanced by one of the TINYsphere® technologies, making it 22 times more absorbed by the body than conventional Omega 3.

The long-chain, polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids have a particularly anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting effect.[1] This makes them particularly valuable in the fight against cardiovascular diseases such as hardening of the arteries, heart attacks and strokes.[2] A daily intake of 250 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and/or docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to normal heart function.[3]People with rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, asthma and inflammatory bowel disease also benefit from omega-3 fatty acid intake.[4] Omega-3 fatty acids are also vital for brain and eye development.[5] DHA may also improve performance in sports where perceptual-motor activity and decision-making are important, such as soccer.[6]

Spray: 2 sprays contains the daily intake recommendation of Omega-3: 11.2 mg

Dropper: 6 drops contain the daily intake recommendation of omega-3: 12 mg.
